- All orders will be processed and shipped with a delay of 1 week. However, the seller has no control over delivery time.
- Customer orders are processed individually, and deadlines are set with each customer. After the custom order is processed, any last-minute changes requested within 2 weeks since the beginning of the project will demand a fee of 30$.
- Seller will ensure a polite and respectful demeanour while conversing with customers, seller expects the same treatment from customers. No disrespectful comments or speech will be tolerated.
- Unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, promotions, and spam are forbidden and will not be tolerated.
- For response via email, text, or social media, customers should expect a response time of at least a few days.
- All sales on the site are final
- If there is a problem with product within the first week of use, customers can request an replacement or can send the product back for repair.
- Dried wood does not constitute a valid reason for exchange, simply re-oil or re-wax the piece with mineral oil or beeswax.
- To initiate an exchange or repair (within the designated period), simply contact Matthew, via email or telephone to begin the process.
